Important Contact Information

Department of Social Services (DSS) Client Information Line & Benefits Center/ConneCT

DSS is the administering state agency for the HUSKY Health program. For all Social Services benefits including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Family Assistance (TFA), Child Support, State Supplement (AABD), Medicare Savings Program, Refugee Medical Assistance, HUSKY C, for program required interviews, for eligibility questions, and to apply, renew, or report changes to personal information.
