If you’re a provider enrolled in the HUSKY Health program, and interested in improving your clinical knowledge by learning from experts, you are invited to join a teleECHO clinic. Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. (CHNCT) hosts virtual medical education programs in partnership with leading medical and behavioral health experts from around Connecticut.
Participants will receive no-cost Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for each hour of participation. CME credits will be awarded after each session.
Before each session, we will send the Project ECHO® Clinic Evaluation form. Participants must complete and return this form to be eligible for CME credits.
Internet access and a webcam/microphone-supported device (smartphone, tablet, computer, etc.) are required to participate via video (preferred option). If you are unable to participate fully with videoconferencing, you can connect via phone.
