The Behavioral Health Topics in Primary Care teleECHO Clinic is designed for primary care providers including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other independently licensed providers in the provision of adult and pediatric primary care. The clinic provides you with access to a panel of behavioral health experts who will help you provide best practice care through up-to-date screening tools, evidence-based guidelines, and resources for you, your patients, and caregivers.
Using videoconferencing technology, you will connect with the Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc.® (CHNCT) Project ECHO® team, experts in the field of psychiatric medicine, and a community of colleagues from around the state who are committed to improving care.
