This toolkit will provide you with important tools and resources to help members who may need extra support to access healthcare services, such as members living with a disability. Individuals in need of extra support might have a vision, hearing, or communication impairment, require assistance with movement or physical activity, and/or have developmental or special learning needs. This toolkit offers member-focused tools and resources available for you to use to support members to receive the care they need at the right time, in the right amount, and in the right place.
