As a member of the HUSKY Health program we want to keep you well. We also want to make certain you have access to other information you may need. On this page you will find links to a variety of community resources and more.
Read to Grow is a Connecticut-based, non-profit organization committed to making books a part of every child’s life from birth. We’re working together to improve the lives of HUSKY Health members and their families through the power of reading. Our community health workers will be bringing the joy of reading directly to you! Look for our tables at local events, HUB sites, and food pantries across the state. We’ll have a variety of books* for children ages 0 to 10, in both English and Spanish – all free to our HUSKY Health members.
To find a local HUSKY Health HUB site or community event happening near you, visit our events calendar. For more information, please contact our Community Affairs and Engagement Department at 1.888.786.2345. To learn more about Read to Grow, visit readtogrow.org.
* Read to Grow books are available at all events while supplies last.
