It’s important to be able to reach your doctor when you have health concerns or to reach us when you have questions about the HUSKY Health program. As a HUSKY Health member, you may be eligible for phone and internet assistance. You can also sign up to receive helpful messages from us. Choose your topic below to learn more!

Discounted Phone Service

As a HUSKY Health member, you may be eligible for the Lifeline program.* Lifeline is a federal program that can lower your monthly wireless phone bill.

Through the Lifeline program, members who qualify may receive:

  • A discount on their monthly wireless phone service or, in some cases, a no-cost smartphone with service included**
  • A limited amount of free data and minutes per month
  • Unlimited text messages per month

If you are currently enrolled in the Lifeline program, you may not have to apply again for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) (see “Internet Assistance” section of this web page). You can apply your Lifeline and ACP benefit to the same or separate services.

Important Note About the Lifeline Program

The Lifeline program and discounted phone service are not a part of your HUSKY Health benefit. You may be eligible because you are a HUSKY Health member, but these services are available through participating cell phone providers, not directly from HUSKY Health.

Internet Assistance

HUSKY Health members may be eligible for $30 off their monthly internet bills through the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). ACP-eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers.

Email Subscription

HUSKY Health offers email subscriptions for some health topics. By signing up, you will receive fresh and engaging content on the topic of your choice. Topics you can sign up for include: asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), diabetes, or pregnancy. Click below to sign up!
